Mutton thin gravy | Mutton thanni kulambu

Learn how to make easy and tasty mutton thin gravy using a pressure without coconut.

Preparation of this mutton thanni kulambu is very simple and takes just 20minutes as we do in a pressure cooker.

This Mutton thin gravy is a perfect match for idly, dosa and appams. Also, this thin gravy tastes good with hot steamed rice.

First of all, I don’t use any special ground masala for making this gravy and use only simple available spices. Still, it tastes great even without coconut.

Check out the famous, Ambur mutton biryani post.

Moreover, I suggest doing marination for atleast 30 minutes to get soft and succulent boiled mutton pieces. The curd we use for marination gives softness to the meat.
